The non-refundable deposit is credited towards your service.The remaining balance must be paid in full the day of your appointment.

Contact me first if you may want to cancel/reschedule your appointment. You can also reschedule online at anytime based on the current availability. Deposits are non refundable!!! None transferable to another person. You have 2weeks to use your deposit.

Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made within 48hours before appointment. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts, otherwise, you will be charged 30% for late cancellation and 100% for no shows. Please respect the artists time as appointments can be booked back to back. Late fee of $15 will be charged on your card after 10 minutes and a $1 added per minute that you arrive . After 25minutes your appointment is cancelled!

Keep facial expressions to a minimum.

Do not come with makeup on.(I will charge $20 to remove makeup).

Sometimes I cannot talk during the application. I will inform you when you can not talk.

please take allergy pills before hand if your eyes tends to tear. eye drops help as well.

All makeovers come with a standard 100% human hair strip lash.

 

Please arrive to your appointment with a freshly washed, exfoliated & moisturized face for the best makeover experience. Also, please let me know in advance of any allergies.
